The Children's Music Network's first ever "blended" Conference!

To kick things off, our 2023 conference offered virtual programs beginning on October 29, so that no matter where in the world you may be you can still join us.  Then we gathered in Boston on November 3 for the first time since 2019 to learn from one another and celebrate the joy that is children's music.

Highlights

Thank you for the inspiration, music, learning, connection and SONGS this year!  We reconnected with old friends and met many new ones as the CMN expanded community gathered to enjoy our formal programs, workshops, songswaps, round robins, and free time to jam and connect.

This year's conference included workshops on education, inclusion, the music business, creating, and performing; song circles and song swaps; late night jam sessions and countless ways to forge new friends and musical collaborations.

Our CMN annual conference is now over 30 years old!! Every year it gets bigger and better, creating many opportunities for performers, educators, song­writers, librarians, and families—all those who love music for children—to gather. Together, we connect and reconnect and fill our hearts with laughter and song by sharing songs, ideas, resources and information.
